Terms and conditions

1. Payment Terms:
Payment is due on completion of the event unless otherwise stated on the invoice. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

any payment terms should be discussed and agreed before any invoice is shared or agreement for any event.

If payment is overdue as no payment terms were given, after a reasonable time frame and following up via phone and email any and all discount will be null and void a separate invoice will be shared with the agent and or client. if there is no discount section on the invoice please refer to ashrosemagic.com/rates to see the list price.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations within 48 hours of the event, 25% of the booking fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.

3. Scope of Services:
This invoice covers only the services explicitly agreed upon. Additional services will be billed separately.

4. Liability and Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather or venue issues), we reserve the right to reschedule the performance without liability.

5. Performance Environment:
The venue must provide a suitable performance space free from excessive noise or interruptions to allow for the best possible show.

6. Client Responsibilities:
The client is responsible for ensuring the audience is ready on time and providing a point of contact for any setup needs. The venue must also ensure a safe environment for both the performer and the audience.

7. Intellectual Property Protection:
All routines, scripts, and magic effects performed by Ash Rose Magic remain the intellectual property of Ash Rose Magic. Recording or reproduction of these performances without permission is prohibited.

8. Media Usage Limitation:
The event agency or venue may use Ash Rose Magic’s promotional materials for up to 30 days after the event. Further use requires written permission.

9. Adherence to the Tech Rider:
If the venue does not adhere to the agreed technical rider requirements, Ash Rose Magic reserves the right to modify, delay, or withhold the performance. Agreed fees remain payable in such cases.
